Staff Development
Since 2001 Mercia Partnership has been accredited with Investors in People (IiP). Development of the team is something that we take very seriously. We understand that people are one of our greatest assets and, as a result, we ensure that staff are given good opportunity to reach their potential. At any one time, there will always be a high proportion of staff who are undertaking a qualification and/or development or have recently passed a qualification.
All of our managers have been promoted internally having previously worked as tutors or administrators. We aim to have good relations with our team and even as people leave the company to take on more responsibility they often acknowledge the support we have provided:
