Staff Development
Since 2001 Mercia Partnership has been accredited with Investors in People (IiP) status. IiP is awarded to those companies who use their staff effectively to improve their standards of work.
Development of the team is something that we take very seriously. We understand that people are one of our greatest assets and, as a result, we ensure that staff have full opportunity to reach their full potential. At any one time, there will always be a high proportion staff who are undertaking a qualification and/or development or have recently passed a qualification.
As a company, we will offer full support during any development you undertake that supports the organisation.
In the past, many of our staff have been promoted internally, having completed training whilst at the company.
