Work With Us

We are continually looking for talented individuals to join the team. Careers with Mercia Partnership are varied and rewarding. Our reputation has been built upon the success rates achieved by our dedicated team. We offer the following benefits:

· company contributory pension scheme of 10% (after 12 months service)
· above average market reference salaries
· lieu time scheme
· a culture of reward and not ‘blame’

The training industry offers the opportunity to make a change to people’s lives. There are a variety of interesting roles within the company such as tutors, marketing, HR, finance and technical roles. We also train people in specialist roles such as health and safety, equality and safeguarding.

Since 2001 Mercia Partnership has been accredited with Investors in People (IiP). Development of the team is something that we take very seriously. We understand that people are one of our greatest assets and, as a result, we ensure that staff are given good opportunity to reach their potential. At any one time, there will always be a high proportion of staff who are undertaking a qualification and/or development or have recently passed a qualification. All of our managers have been promoted internally having previously worked as tutors or administrators.

Mercia Partnership is committed to promoting and developing equality of opportunity in all areas of our work. In order to achieve this aim, we seek to:

· ensure that job applicants and members of staff are treated solely on the basis of their merit;
· promote good relations between individuals from different groups;
· recognise and develop the diversity of skills and talent of current and potential staff and learners;
· foster a culture based on trust and mutual respect;
· undertake a programme of action to make equality policies effective;
· monitor progress towards achieving equality of opportunity regularly;
· promote equal opportunities to staff, learners, and other stakeholders.

If you think we might be the right company for you, these are the kind of people we look for:
· motivated
· learner-focused
· aiming to be excellent in the job
· flexible
· committed to promoting equality of opportunity

Since part of our work is with vulnerable groups, we will ask for Criminal Records Bureau clearance for some vacancies; this will be clearly stated with the job advertisement.

Is this you? Then email Laura Cahill our General Manager: laura.cahill@merciapartnership.co.uk explaining they type of role you are looking for and why you are suitable for that role. An application form can be downloaded from this site for use with any of the vacancies that we are currently advertising.
