People learn in different ways, at different times and may prefer different learning methods. Mercia Partnership seeks to provide your learning in a way that suits you; as a result, we believe you are more likely to succeed. Our training is available at different locations, times, days of the week and we will try to accommodate your needs. We work in a variety of ways using face to face methods as well as using technology where appropriate. If you have any individual requirements then do let us know and we will work with you to ensure you have the best possible access to learning. It is vitally important that people feel safe when learning with Mercia Partnership and we will do our utmost to ensure that the environment you are in is appropriate and that the people you are with are respectful and supportive. We have a variety of policies and procedures to ensure that your learning is safe, enjoyable and successful and these are included in this section. We suggest you start with the Induction Booklet since this will give you an understanding of our culture and what we can do for you.
