Dyslexia Workshop Event
Mercia Partnership held a dyslexia workshop at the Thistle Hotel, Haydock on Friday 6th June 08. The event provided Mercia with the opportunity to promote good practice to all Northwest prisons and demonstrate the implementation of dyslexia support into establishments.
In attendance were a number of Head of Learning Skills, Education Managers and Dyslexia Practitioners from establishments within the Northwest area.
The day consisted of PowerPoint presentations, guest speakers, workshops and additional stands to provide information that could be used within their own establishments.
