As a training provider, we fully understand the need to employ quality tutors with relevant qualifications. Industry regulations regarding training have become more demanding; the need to attain the necessary qualifications has never been greater.
Mercia Partnership offers two very different training qualifications, both of which are extremely relevant depending upon your current or future training role.
- Learning and Development NVQ – is a generic qualification which trains someone in the key skills of delivering training across any discipline.
- FENTO – is a more specialised training qualification aimed primarily at tutors wishing to deliver literacy or numeracy in their job role.
