Teaching Assistants
Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools NVQ Level 2/3
This qualification is aimed at those working or volunteering in a Teaching Assistant role.
The programme is usually a mix of formal group tutorials and individual assessment, we can be flexible to meet the needs of the school and the staff.
There are 5 mandatory units and two optional units (Level 2) and six mandatory units and four optional units (Level 3) which are chosen with the assistance of the Mercia tutor.
Delivery takes place on school premises.
*All NVQ provision now requires the completion of a Level 1/2 Literacy qualification.
