ITQ is a new, unique, flexible training and qualification programme. It has been designed by employers to meet the needs of today's businesses.
No two organisations are the same. The way they use IT is different; the IT skills of each employee are different. ITQ/SVQ for IT Users will ensure that employers get the right person for the right job by equipping individuals with relevant and effective IT user skills.

ITQ user – a qualification to address the skills required to use a computer effectively
ITQ practitioner – a qualification to address the skills required to troubleshoot computer problems and to maintain optimum performance.
