Directions from the North
Join the M57 (from the M58 at Switch island or the A5080 East Lancashire Road further south) and head south, following the signs towards Liverpool airport.
Leave the M57 at junction 2 and follow the signs for Prescot at the two roundabouts immediately by the motorway junction – you will see the tall steeple of Prescot’s 16th century church at the top of the hill ahead. You will now be on the A57 Liverpool Road (see map).
Take the right fork up West Street, up the hill opposite the Clock pub. Mercia’s car park entrance is at the top of the hill on the right hand side, with wrought iron gates, immediately before the Deans pub car park.
Directions from the South
Join the M57 (from the M62 Cronton junction or the Runcorn/Widnes roads) and head north, following the signs towards Prescot and Kirkby.
Leave the M57 at junction 2 and follow the directions above to Mercia’s building.
