Who is it for? Under notice of redundancy?...
The structured programme of support will prepare individuals for sustainable employment and provide access to advice and guidance, training and resources.
We will work with the employer and the individuals to develop a flexible package of support combining information, advice and guidance, skills assessment, sector specific workshops and employability skills. The programme can be delivered at the employers’ premises or within one of our fully equipped training centres. The duration of the course will be agreed with the employer.
Newly redundant and ‘job ready’...
The course content is designed to equip individuals with the skills required to meet the demands of the employment opportunities available within the local labour market. Duration will be 16 hours over 3 days, with workshops covering information, advice and guidance, skills assessment, sector specific workshops and employability skills.Examples of the sectors covered...
