Our Workforce Development Programme is designed to deliver a skill set of ICT and Skills for Life qualifications for employees who may not have achieved them through more traditional routes. The programme is also ideal for those who wish to update their skills and qualifications. The programme has a real impact on how organisations perform: improvements in productivity, staff retention and motivation can all be realised.
Under our LSC funded Train to Gain initiative, we are helping staff from a variety of industries to achieve their first level 2 qualifications. Our objective is to bring high quality training to learners in the workplace that is 100% funded.
